Yes, he comes from Provence De Salon, a little village in Southern France, 60 Miles from Marseilles, right in the border of Northern Spain (Asturias and Cantabria), so is not at all uncommon, 4 French Citizens there 2 be mixed with the Spaniards, and vice-versa.

Here is a video when he was Mr Côte d'Azur ..There he was saying that he is an avid sportsman, that he lowered his body fat even more 4 the Mr France contest and that he also models, studies international Studies of commerce and is in acting troop.

BTW, he reminds me quite a bit of American (Japanese descend) Apolo Ohno, the Olympian skater.
