Indeed, but many times they failed to place into the top-15.

Well, yes and no... as far as I can remember Russia has done rather well in MU in the last few years; only since 1996, Russia was top 6 in that year; was top 10 in 1998, 1999 and 2000; Won in 2002, 2006 was top 15; third r. u in 2008 and top 15 in 2010. So, that is a pretty impressive record right there. hug

no russia place top ten in 1999 and 2000 they are in 1991 1996 2002 2006 2008 2010
