Asian Delegates..!

What are the chances of Asian Delegates this year MW2009? Who among them have the better chances to be part of Top 5?
Considering Japan as fast track winner, Vietnam as runner-up, Indonesia, Malaysia fast track shortlisted, Philippines, Korea, and India pageant forums favorites. Beauty wise Miss Philippines is the front - runner.

i feel good vibes for mari ann.. but most likely consdering the history of the pageant i hav to admit that vietnam is Julia's pet..

reality bites...

remember Karla bautista?? i was not even a fan of her specially when they showed her pre-arrival swimsuit pix, so i thought she wouldn't do good in MW.. but ironically she ended up as Continental queen and was Julia's fave the whole time..

marie ann is the best looking. but julia has business with vietnam. Luk at chna, b4 the hosted they placed in 2001 and 2002, eventhough they werent that beautiful.

we should start recycling girls next year.. we must learn our mistakes.. most of our girls are first timers... better send them again to other pageants.. Send MARIE ANN to miss universe or miss international... send BIANCA MANALO to miss world.. elect bb pil 2010 but send them abroad after one year.. train them.. 2011 perhaps?? im so sure, we can really win a crown..at least one and again make it in miss universe...

I'm all for this suggestion. It may not just be Bianca, Marie & Melody though-- winners and RUs from the immediate past maybe considered. BbP2010 pushes thru as scheduled but, as suggested, intensive training, coaching, etc. must be done for the winners: a year is needed no less for this. Let's learn from what they do on the other side of the earth. Venezuela has been successful thru the years because its queens were given ample time to prepare for their respective pageants.

Vietnam is great but Umali marks herself already in the scene without even trying hard to be noticed and if Miss World chooses those who simply stands out in the crowd without effort and without fame then Umali might just be the right choice next to scotland
