Panic Attacks!!

Have you ever had one? You know that in these attacks you can sweat, feel your arms or legs numbs, intensive heart beats, can't breathe, etc. This is a self defense of your own body when it feels threatened. I had one once when I was flying from New York to Florida....

i also experienced the same whenever i faced a mirror...

do you have "aerophobia"? If not,I think you're a candidate. Panic attacks are effects of your phobia, just like me. I have encountered panic attacks whenever i look myself at the mirror.

this is exactly what an officemate had told us about her "panic attack." she felt like being drowned amidst a crowd in some public places, such as in the mall; she also had her attack while a company meeting is ongoing. i think this medical disorder usually affects women.

i think so... coz guys are more calm when dealing in a not so comfortable situation...
