NY MALE SUPERMODEL BUSTED FOR PUBLIC DRUNKNESS AND OFFERING ORAL SEX TO ARKANSAS COPS

This is the close up Manhattan male model Nick Snider was hoping nobody would ever see.

Known for his signature pout, Snider looked unfashionably unhappy when Arkansas deputies made him pose for a mugshot after busting him for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct - and offering to perform oral sex on them to make the other charges go away.

"I am a very famous model," Snider protested when he was arrested, officials said.

Later, Snider compounded his problems by also offering to perform oral sex on the corrections officer who booked him into the Independence County Jail, the officials said.

Snider, 21, got no takers - and was also charged with attempting to influence a public servant.

Blond-haired, blue-eyed, rail-thin, and blessed with chiselled cheekbones, the Florida-born model has been the face of Prada and was named the world's fifth most successful male model by Forbes in 2008.

Last month, Snider strutted down a Paris catwalk for the Yves Saint Laurent and is expected to do the same in New York on Feb. 11 when Fashion Week kicks off.

His agency, VNY, said it's sticking by its star model and hinted that he was a handful.

"The staff at VNY Model Management on a number of occasions has offered help to Nick," head honcho Lana Winters Tomczak said in a statement. "We are here to support him in his troubled times and will work with both Nick and his family to get him the help he deserves."

Snider could not be located to comment on his arrest - or explain why he was wearing a black Matix Snowboard T-shirt with the words "Hey babe, when we chillaxin?" emblazoned on the front when he was arrested.

Snider was visiting a gal pal named Deanna Castro in Batesville, a town some 90 miles north of Little Rock, when he got into a drunken snit early Monday, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun web site.

Deputies reported that Snider was so drunk they had to hold him up and that he accused Caster of "giving her kids beer," the report states.

Caster told the deputies that she knew Snider from New York and that she was trying to get him to leave.

"While in transport to the County Jail, Mr. Snider kept trying to get me to stop the car and let him go," Deputy Brian Luetschwager reported.

It was then, the deputy said, that Snider offered to perform a sex act that was illegal in Arkansas until 2002.

Snider wasn't just rowdy on the ride to jail, he was "banging on the window" when he was placed in the jail's drunk tank, the report states.

He was "still banging on the window when I left the jail," Luetschwager stated.

Snider pleaded not guilty to the three misdemeanor counts during an appearance Wednesday in Independence County District Court. He is free on $780 bond and has to return to Arkansas for a February 17 trial, officials said.
