SEVILLA, Spain - 24-year-old Diego Otero Tellez has been elected as Mister España 2011 in a pageant finale held at Palacio de los Sueños in Sevilla, Spain Saturday evening. He succeeded Carlos Alberto Garcia, last year's titleholder.

The 1.90 m. tall soccer player and physical education degree holder, defeated 51 other handsome contestants. He might represent Spain in Mister World if the there will be a 2012 edition.

Otero also holds Mister Elegance award.

Meanwhile, Mister Jaen, 26-year-old Bartolomé Márquez Mora and Mister Las Palmas, Néstor Acosta Arencibia, 24, were named first and second runners-up respectively. Handsome delegates from Zaragoza, Sevilla, and Barcelona completed the Top 6.
