Balanced Diet More Fruits Less Sugar
Moisturize ur Skin with Water and may use Creams as needed

always smile...

always wash ur face with warm water to make it smooth and subtle

I agree with that simply because in our Physiology
our Body is 2/3 composed of Water.

drink a glass of warm water 30 mins. after eating to detoxify...

here's my personal beauty routine hehe...

1. i avoid pork as much as possible...more on fish and vegetables
2. i drink a lot of water
3. i wash my face twice a day, every morning and before i go to sleep
4. i use facial toner
5. i don't put powder (pulbo) on my face...if it gets oily or dirty i just wipe it using handkerchief/towel
6. i drink milk every morning, during my break time in the office and before i go to sleep
7. i avoid junkfoods as much as possible...i prefer bread, biscuits and fruits
8. even if i'm loveless, i always think i still need to look good LOL!
9. i always think i'm beautiful, if i dont believe in myself..no one else will
10. always pray...put god in the center of your life...it will give you inner peace

You'll need a facial wash in the morning and at night. Put eye cream - oily, dry or normal skin. Put sunscreen all the time.

NO, don't drink vitamins, eat vitamins. Nothing can replace fruit and vegitables and sintetic vitamins are more harmful than useful and eat fish (omega 3) if you are healthy most likely you will be beautiful too

And if you ever come to Europe visit Spain or better Serbia (or other south European country) and try our fruit and vegitables it is incredibly tasty not like in North or Western Europe
