TOP 10 BEST FOODS TO EAT!
As a fitness- nutrition-health specialist, I would like to share with you the top 1o nutrients and foods in our planet..
1- Water .. Considering that the human body is anywhere from 55% to 80% water depending on body size..
2- Broccoli... Is considered the # 1 vegetable in the world, due to its anti- carcinogenic properties, and high content of vitamins (A- Beta carotene, calcium and fiber,
3- Salmon- fish.. High in non saturated Omega fatty acids, help us lower our levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and raise our good cholesterol (HDL) , thus improving heart health, and brain function.. Fish contains also ample levels of proteins, B vitamins, phosphorus and other
important nutrients..
4- Beans, beans, good for your heart -- really! Beans are loaded with insoluble fiber, which helps lower cholesterol, as well as soluble fiber, which fills you up and helps rid your body of waste. They're also a good, low-fat source of protein, carbohydrates, magnesium, and potassium. Bauer favors edamame (whole soybeans) because they also contain heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Beans can easily substitute for meat or poultry as the centerpiece of a meal, . The U.S. Dietary Guidelines recommend 3 cups weekly.
5- Eggs (specially egg whites)
make the list because they are nutritious, versatile, economical, and a great way to fill up on quality protein. Studies show if you eat eggs at breakfast, you may eat fewer calories during the day and lose weight without significantly affecting cholesterol levels. Eggs also contain 12 vitamins and minerals, including choline, which is good for brain development and memory. Enjoy them at any meal or hard-cooked as a portable snack. I particularly use the egg whites, for the most part, or buy " Egg Beaters", which contain zero (0) cholesterol..
6- Nuts.. (almonds, peanuts, cashews..)
why nuts? well....nuts are packed with nutrients — fiber, riboflavin, magnesium, iron and calcium. In fact, almonds have more calcium than any other nut — 75 milligrams (mg) in one serving (about 23 almonds). Also, one serving of almonds provides half of your body's Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamin E.
Like all nuts, almonds provide one of the best plant sources of protein. And they're good for your heart. Most of the fat in almonds is monounsaturated fat — a healthier type of fat that may help lower blood cholesterol levels.
7-Berries..... pack an incredible amount of nutritional goodness into a small package. They're loaded with antioxidants,, low in calories, and high in water and fiber to help control blood sugar and keep you full longer. And their flavors satisfy sweets cravings for a fraction of the calories in baked goods. Blueberries lead the pack because they are among the best source of antioxidants and are widely available. Cranberries are also widely available fresh, frozen, or dried. All can add flavor and nutrition to numerous dishes, from salads and cereals to baked goods and yogurt.
8-Sweet potatoes are a delicious member of the dark orange vegetable family, which lead the pack in vitamin A content. Substitute a baked sweet potato (also loaded with vitamin C, calcium, and potassium) for a baked white potato. And before you add butter or sugar, taste the sweetness that develops when a sweet potato is cooked -- and think of all the calories you can save over that loaded baked potato. Other dark orange vegetable standouts include pumpkin, carrots, butternut squash, and orange bell peppers... Sweet potatoes have been proven to help reduce, or prevent bone loss, and help maintain blood in healthy levels....
9- Spinach: It's high in vitamin A, and also is a good source of calcium, folate, iron, magnesium, riboflavin and vitamins B-6 and C. The plant compounds in spinach may boost your immune system and help prevent certain types of cancer.
-10 Apples, Kiwis and Oranges; s: Apples are a good source of pectin, a fiber that can lower cholesterol and glucose levels. They're also a good source of vitamin C -- an antioxidant that protects your body's cells. Vitamin C also keeps your blood vessels healthy and aids in the absorption of iron and folate. . kiwis and Oranges, are among the most nutritionally dense fruits, full of antioxidants, one large kiwi, or one small orange, supplies your daily requirement for vitamin C. They are also a good source of potassium, fiber, and a decent source of vitamin A and vitamin E, which is one of the missing nutrients.
Bonus: Green tea.. packed with anti oxidants, it has shown to strengthen teeth, and maintain healthy gums, as well as helps to mange the ideal weight..by helping the body utilize fuel as energy.

On salmon, I guess they also have to consider other studies for this fish. I seldom eat it because...
