Miss World Bolivia 2010 dethroned

This girl is no longer the rep 4 MW 2011 from Bolivia!
Ronald Limpias, executive president of Promociones Gloria, company which produces the Miss Bolivia pageant (for Miss Universe, World, Tourism Queen, International, Supranational and Earth), informed the local press that Maria Teresa Roca, Miss World Bolivia 2010, has been dethroned.
Although Maria Teresa has already competed in Miss World 2010 and in International Queen of Coffee 2011 (she was the 4th runner-up), the Beni native claimed that she should be sent to Miss Universe 2011 as well, once the original titleholder, 2010 winner Olivia Pinheiro, will no longer compete (Promociones Gloria decided that Miss Bolivia Universe 2011 is the one who will compete in Miss Universe 2011, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on September 12).
Limpias claims that Maria Teresa has not fulfilled all her obligations as Miss World Bolivia, like for instance, not showing up in an important event such as the traditional Boulevard Carnaval, and causing controversies with the press.
Roca, who is an attorney, sent a letter last week to the modeling agency stating that it was her right to represent Bolivia in Miss Universe because she had been 2nd to Olivia Pinheiro in the 2010 Miss Bolivia contest.
The beauty queen threatened to sue Promociones Gloria if she was not sent to Miss Universe, and now, she lost the title she had conquered: Miss World Bolivia.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THIS CASE CONCLUDED? FOR EXAMPLE, WHO WILL END UP REPRESENTING BOLIVIA IN MISS UNIVERSE AND MISS WORLD.
I PERSONALLY THINK THAT MARIA TERESA SHOULD'VE REPRESENTED BOLIVIA IN MISS UNIVERSE IF THE INITIAL WINNER WAS UNABLE TOO FOR WHAT EVER REASON.
