if only Miss Brazil TQI 2009 won this year's TQI, then Justine is only 2nd to Brazil... but politics ruled Miss TQI 2009.. that's why she settled for 1st runner up only and the crown went to Russia (their second).

I wonder who is responsible for sending delegate to this pageant. Is it Lara Q & Co.? It would be best to "recycle" from immediate past winners of local pageants-- Melody or Bianca, perhaps?

It's carousel Great Gatzby. After Justine, they're sending 1st RU of Miss Philippines Earth to this competition. We were represented by Ms Eguia this year (she was the first runner up to Karla Henry). Next year, we will be represented by Ms. Adelantar (1st runner up of Sandra Seifert).
