Did you know that Coronel Sanders ( Founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken ) he was a 7th grade drop out and he went to the war, and he had this fabulous fried chicken recipe that he openned a chain in the 50's called SANDER'S CORNER, but it did not succeded so he closed it. Then he met a guy in the state of Utah and he told him about his recipe of FRIED CHICKEN made in a pressure cooker and his secret spices, they guy liked the idea and he was prepared to open the 1st franchise but it was going to be called UTAH FRED CHICKEN, but neither one of them like because it wasn't a catchy name. So Coronel Sanders was going to move to the state of Kentucky and he told the other guy.... What about KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN ( nowadays is KFC ) both liked the name, and the rest is history guys... They never fry the chicken, they bread it and add the 11 secret spices ( no one knows what it is ) and then it is cook in a pressure cooker.... Hmm!! I love it, it fingers licking good...
