Will this country finally get their 2nd crown this year?

Just like Puerto Rico did... In 2004 Puerto Rico's ALBA REYES ended as 2nd Runner-up, in 2005 Puerto Rico's CYNTHIA OLAVARRIA ended as 1st Runner-Up and in 2006 Puerto Rico's ZULEYKA RIVERA finally grabbed the crown.

This time I'm talking about the Dominican Republic, could this be their year? In 2008 Dominican Republic's MARIANNE CRUZ ended as 2nd Runner-Up, in 2009 Dominican Republic's ADA DE LA CRUZ ended as 1st Runner-Up.... And now in 2010, could EVA CAROLINA ARIAS do the job of grabbing the 2nd crown for her country? This country is anxious of getting it... Only time will tell... Question

...it is really difficult to pin point the winner...as it is, almost all countries have leveled up their "games" and are sending their best delegates...
