Can countries be ruled without....
Presidents, Governors, Prime Ministers, etc?
In my opinion, some of them has to be taught on how really is the way to rule a country for the benefit of all their residents...

This unnerves me to no end-- to get a job, you're expected to have attained basic education...graduate and/or postgrad degrees no less in others...but to run for a national office, e.g. Presidency, you don't even need a baccalaureate degree..it appears that you just need to know how to read and write

although they are necessary evil, they always need leaders. without them,a country will be in anarchy.
