Can countries be ruled without....

Presidents, Governors, Prime Ministers, etc?
In my opinion, some of them has to be taught on how really is the way to rule a country for the benefit of all their residents... Can countries be ruled without.... Icon_rolleyes

This unnerves me to no end-- to get a job, you're expected to have attained basic education...graduate and/or postgrad degrees no less in others...but to run for a national office, e.g. Presidency, you don't even need a baccalaureate degree..it appears that you just need to know how to read and write Sad

although they are necessary evil, they always need leaders. without them,a country will be in anarchy.
